We are pleased to offer our special CONCIERGE SERVICES to our list of cleaning
Services:

• Enhances your leisure time,
• Provides for a single Point contact for multiple services, and
• Provides part time homeowners that travel extensively with peace of mind of professionals watching for security and on-going upkeep.
  
  

We have developed relationships with a variety of sub-contractors from security, Handymen, electricians, plumbers, pool maintenance, gardeners, HVAC, roofers, Flood & fire response, insect control, etc. We only recommend and coordinate Services as needed based on years of personal experience.

For those Homeowners who use their local residence only part of the year, we provide ongoing monitoring of home safety, house cleaning, and responding to Special needs. We are proud of our long standing relationships and constant Communication for responsiveness and personal care.

Our CONCIERGE services extend to picking up clients at the airport, having
Cars serviced and ready for use, coordination with USE BY FAMILY AND
FRIENDS, stocking food and groceries, arranging for special events, etc.
As each client’s needs vary, we meet personally and design a custom plan that
Meets their wishes, and adjusts to ongoing changes as they see fit.
